There is a buzz doing its rounds in the Kollywood town that director Seeman will soon direct ‘Ilaya Thalapathi’ Vijay. The film will be titled ‘Pagalavan.’ Sources reveal that the storyline for this film was created almost a year back. But Seeman was jailed for his comments on the Srilankan Tamils following which the project was shelved.

But the director is out now and seems to be concentrating hard of assembling the star cast and the technical crew for ‘Pagalavan.’ Now it also seems that Bhavana will be acting opposite Vijay in this film. This is the first time Bhavana will be seen opposite Vijay. She has already worked with Seeman in ‘Vaazhthukal,’ so this will be the actress’ second project with the director.

Interestingly, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan advised Rajinikanth to go to Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth hospital for medical treatment. Rajni was taken to Singapore for rest and rehabilitation after being discharged from Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre where he was admitted on May 13 for respiratory infection and other problems. Source close to Rajni’s family had revealed, “Rajni has been diagnosed with renal failure leading to kidney complications. His family is indebted to Amitji for recommending the treatment in Singapore.”
Coincidentally, veteran politician Amar Singh underwent kidney transplantation at the same hospital in Singapore recently.

Ready is a 2011 Indian comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee,starring Salman Khan and Asin in the lead roles.It also features Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar in supporting roles,while Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, Zarine Khan and Arbaaz Khan will make cameo appearances.

DMK today put up a brave face over Jayalalithaa government's decision to set up a commission of inquiry into alleged irregularities in construction of the Rs. 1000 crore new Legislative Assembly complex, saying facing such commissions was not new to the party.
"DMK has seen and faced many inquiry commissions. We are not bothered about this one and we are ready to face it," party's Legislature Leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, M K Stalin told reporters.
 The AIADMK government has announced a Commission of Inquiry under a retired High Court judge, saying, "There have been allegations of excess and wasteful expenditure and deficiency in the standards of new Secretariat building."

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) supporters celebrated the 88th birthday of their leader, former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi, here on Friday.

To mark the occasion, the youth wing of the DMK organised blood donation camps across the state, which received huge response.

"Protector of Tamil Nadu, Karunanidhi, is turning 88 today. On behalf of DMK state youth wing, we organized blood donation camp here. More than 200 student's wings, volunteers and other various functionaries came forward and donated blood," said M. Subramanian, Mayor of Chennai.

While paying homage to DMK founder and late Chief Minister C. N. Annadurai at his cremation site at Chennai, Karunanidhi urged party workers to work for the development of the state.

Technology giant Cisco has predicted that the number of internet-connected devices could reach by 15 billion by 2015.
The Daily Mail quoted Cisco as saying that the recent growth in mobile phones and tablets has already pushed the number of devices above the five billion mark, and that the latest technical developments, including internet-connected televisions and cars, will drive a new surge in appliance use in the next four years.
The company also said that 40 percent of the world's population, nearly three billion people, would be connected to Internet by the middle of this decade.
It further estimated that Internet traffic would reach 80 exabytes a month by 2015, adding that consumer video could even dominate internet traffic with one million minutes of video being played every second by the same period of time.
